California is among the opened state that has allowed its residents to access their personal files when they have a need for it. When marriage is no longer working and the couple thinks it is no longer a healthy relationship, they end up filing for divorce. The retrieval fees may vary on where the request was made. The state office accepts mailed in request but the results of the search can be sent back only after a few days since it was requested.
