Of late an acquaintance of mine had the misfortune to break up with his girl friend. With so much information available online he decided to conduct some research to how to get an ex back. Regrettably he was detained and convicted of murder when he was not guilty if the crime. The crime was committed by temporary cleaner that was working in the golf club who was interrupted when attempting to rob the property coincidently on the same evening in question. In a case like this it was obvious that the jury never had access to all the information. And just to add insult to injury after dragging the lake the fire arm was never found. It was 25 years later before they found the guilty person purely by chance.
That is why YOU now have to be the judge and the jury in control of your own destiny. Of course I could go on about how you should go about your life and give step by step instructions to how to get over it but no two circumstances are the same. Furthermore that is probably the last thing you want to hear right now. I bet you dollars for doughnuts your mind is suffering from overload right? So the only advice I can strongly recommend is take some time out and give yourself some space. The answers to your problems will jump out at you.
Just to prove a point have you ever tried to think of something and get that mental block? And yet when you divert your mind and stop thinking about it the answer just pops into your head right?
