Do You Know The California Bar Exam 2012

The California bar exam 2012 will happen for three days in a row. The individual must pass this certain test so that he or she will be allowed to practice law in this state. Take note, that in the United States, this is one of the hardest tests. This examination is very important for two reasons: it decides whether the individual has a vast knowledge in the Rules of Professional Conduct, and it tests their moral character.

This state has a united bar. Because this is so, the members of the State Bar would have to a fee annually. There are about 200,000 members in the State Bar, and about 160,000 of them are active members that practice the law.

Because the State Bar is a public corporation, they act upon the demand of a varying society. They take the duty to inform it's members and the public for any changes. It is also good to know that the State Bar is a judicial branch of the Supreme Court. Two of them are actually headquartered in San Francisco.

On February 28, 29 and March 1, 2012, an individual will either take the Attorneys' Examination or the General Bar Examination. In three parts, the General Bar Examination is going to have two performance tests, Multistate Bar Examination and six essay questions. Each day will have a test session in the morning and afternoon. The tests will be for 3 hours.

The Attorneys' Examination will only have two parts. This will include a six essay question and two performance tests. The essay questions 1, 2 and 3 will on the morning of February 28, and a performance test will be taken in the afternoon. On March 1, essay questions 4, 5 and 6 will be taken in the morning and a performance test in the afternoon.

If you're planning to be a lawyer, make sure to inquire about the right schools to attend. This is because the State Bar has a very strict standard on education and admission.
